Florian is a National Geographic photographer and accomplished speaker who has been prized with titles such as “Environmental Photographer of the Year.” Published by Braided River, he authored the award-winning book “To The Arctic,” amongst other titles.
The Arctic: Our Last Great Wilderness is his first cinematic film where he is also the Director of Photography.
Originally from Germany, Schulz lives with his wife Emil and his two children Nanuk and Silvan between Anchorage, Alaska and La Paz, Baja California, close to the wild places he loves to film.
