Andres Sehinkma

Andrés Sehinkman, Filmmakers

Educated at the Instituto Cinematográfico de Avellaneda, Sehinkman is an Argentinian film director and science educator. Co-founder and director at Planta Alta, his last nature shows are Encuentro Animal, Instante Animal, Esteros en Foco and Clorofilia, a nature series awarded the Japan Prize 2019. He also coordinates Escuela de Animales, an educational program for school kids in Buenos Aires.

Jonathan Barq

Jonathan Barg, Filmmakers

Barg, co-founder of Planta Alta, studied filmmaking at the Centro de Investigación Cinematográfica in Buenos Aires and screenwriting at the Escuela Internacional de Cine de San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. His series Broder was awarded Best Short Series at the Cannes Series festival, and Clorofiliawas awarded the Japan Prize 2019 and a Panda Award at Wildscreen Festival 2020. His latest series is Pepper: Anything for a Like
